In some circumstances, a BAA waiver may be given when applicable. The recipient of the funding has the ultimate responsibility of identifying the applicable domestic preference requirement for a waiver. No matter the application, QTL has a large selection of architectural LED lighting products that meet BAA requirements. QTL may offer other products that are BAA compliant.
